Several dealiiX researchers actively participated in the Coupled Problems Conference (May 25β28) in Villasimius, Italy. This event is a key gathering for the computational science community, and its themes strongly align with the core goals of the dealii-X project.
Our consortium members contributed a range of talks – from advanced methodological developments to impactful applications – showcasing the breadth of innovation within our project.
π€ Presentations by dealii-X members:
– Luca Heltai (UNIPI): Heterogeneous Dimensional Coupling of Vascularized Tissues
– @Richard Schussnig (RUB): Higher-Order Projection Methods for Generalised Newtonian Fluids
– Gianluigi Rozza (SISSA): Enhanced Reduced-Order Models for Efficient and Accurate Simulations in CFD and FSI
– Ivan Prusak (RUB): Heterogeneous Optimisation-Based Domain Decomposition Coupling in CFD
– Camilla Belponer (WIAS): Modeling Vascularized Tissues: Coupling 3D Elastic Matrix and 1D Vascular Tree
– Pasquale Claudio Africa (SISSA): Polytopic Agglomeration-Based Multigrid Methods for Cardiac Electrophysiology
Weβre also proud to be involved in organising several Invited Sessions, further promoting knowledge exchange and collaboration in this field.
