The dealiiX project has successfully passed its review meeting with the European Commission. Reviewers acknowledged the quality of the work carried out by all consortium partners — a result that reflects the sustained effort invested across the project since its start.
A collective achievement
Only work package leaders were present at the meeting, but this milestone belongs to everyone who contributes to dealiiX daily: researchers, developers, and collaborators spread across all partner institutions. The work reviewed represents months of coordinated scientific effort in numerical methods, high-performance computing, software development, and their application to biomedical problems. Passing this review is a recognition of that work in its entirety.
A step forward for in silico medicine and HPC research
Beyond the project itself, this result is a further step in the broader advancement of in silico medicine and high-performance computing research. The methods, tools, and scientific results being developed within dealiiX contribute to a growing body of work that is gradually reshaping how computational approaches are integrated into medicine. There is still much to do, and the project continues.
Looking ahead
We thank the European Commission reviewers for their time and engagement, and all consortium partners for their continued dedication to this work.
